I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location of this hotel was perfect for a romantic escape. It was nestled in a charming village with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The ski area was easily accessible, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay.

There were a few communication issues due to the language barrier. English was not widely spoken in the area, which made it difficult to fully communicate our preferences.

The man dressed up as a clown was the best of our Christmas holiday. the location of the hotel, although out of the way, allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views and fresh air. We also appreciated the good wifi connection.

Worst Christmas experience ever. the hotel staff was unfriendly and not supportive.

As a family with two small kids, we had a great experience at this hotel. the rooms were clean, well-appointed, and had a TV for entertainment. the bathrooms were also clean and the hot water was plentiful. the staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski area and a handful of shops and bars in the village. We also appreciated the ski depository and the availability of relaxation areas.

The language barrier was a bit challenging, as most of the locals didn't speak much English.
